At Daena Aamani Professional Workwear, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns:

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn, washed, damaged, or altered garments cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
